13,000 reasons to donate school supplies!

More than 13,000 students in Harford County Public Schools qualify for free or reduced-price lunch. Many students don’t have some of the most basic supplies they need to be prepared and ready to learn.

Your donations can change a child’s education path toward success.

This year, Back to School for students may look a little different because of COVID-19 restrictions. Whether our children will be learning in a classroom or in the home, thousands of our most vulnerable students will be at risk of falling further behind without the critical supplies they need to participate in learning.   During this unprecedented time, we need your support for our students more than ever!

Help Harford County Education Foundation ensure all students have school supplies on their first day of school and throughout the school year!

Host a School Supply Drive

For the past 16 years, Harford County Education Foundation has been giving school supplies to students in need.  This year, the Education Foundation provided over $35,000 in free school supplies helping teachers prepare their students for learning.

Tools for Schools is a school supply resource center where teachers can shop for free for the learning materials for students in need. With everyone contributing to a central resource center, we can ensure that every child in need is served. And teachers know best which students are without the school supplies they need for academic success.
